PUPPY APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in our puppies!  If you would like more information on our litters and puppy availability, please fill out the application below AND contact us at 765-661-1269.

We require a $1000 non-refundable deposit to hold a spot in line.  Puppies are chosen in the order in which deposits are received, and we have opened up our early deposit list for the 2024 Winter/Spring babies.  Once you have selected a litter, balances are due by 6wks of age.  For those which have an application in place, if you have not heard from us recently please call/text us at 765-661-1269.  Priority is given based on application dates.  Completion of this application is required prior to purchasing from Black Iron Boerboels.

    Our puppies are sold first and foremost as family pets. We guarantee that our puppies will be physically suitable as a family pet. We do not and can not guarantee temperament, as we have no control over the environment and care the puppy ultimately receives once it leaves our home. Rapidly growing heavy boned pups must not be raised on hard surfaces for the first year. Doing so can cause permanent damage. Should breeding rights be considered, we do require that full health testing certifications be obtained and passed prior to breeding, and that the dog purchased from us can only be bred to other fully health tested dogs. We do not sell our puppies with any breeding guarantees. This also means that we do not guarantee fertility or whelping success. NO cross breeding is permitted. Pups can NOT be resold by buyer without our authorization. All pups are sold with a purchase agreement that must be signed by buyer before any registration related paperwork is received.
    If selected to potentially own one of our puppies, a $1000 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your place in line. This deposit is non-refundable, but is transferrable to future litters. Balances on pups must be paid in full by the 6th week of age. Do you understand and confirm acceptance?

    Is your intent to breed the dog if purchased from us? If yes and breeding rights are an option, do you understand that at a minimum we require hip/elbow/cardiac certifications on your Black Iron dog as well as any mate chosen for that dog.

    Our passion is genetics, our love is for the dogs, and our goal is to produce puppies of exceptional quality both mentally and physically.  We are typically seasonal breeders with 95% of our babies being born in the late Fall/Winter months.
