Black Iron Miai is a compact, athletic, very healthy female with perfect hip/elbow scores and a beautiful temperament. She is so good in fact that she helps to raise our teenage pups when held back for the next generation of Black Iron Boerboels! Miai is a true farm dog, and is not just a couch ornament by any means. This girl will go anywhere and do anything asked with a great attitude and total confidence. Cows, horses, you name it she can be in the mix (hence the pic in the cow fat pen). No dog aggression, no weak nerves, not shady quarks, just a really good dog that is a prime example of what this breed should be. She can go all day long without gassing out. Her downfall is that she had a less than ideal head for a boerboel and she could use additional height though she is still within standard. So, in the past we threw KS Judge on her and wham…we got exactly what we thought we would get from her pups. Big, gorgeous kids with functional builds and beautiful structure. Miai is a Black Iron Keeper daughter out of Kadima Rain. She is now 2.5yrs old, and her current litter will be her last. She is now spayed and will live out the rest of her days here at Black Iron as a real farm dog, as the breed was intended.
